With 20+ years in the built-environment, I’ve guided projects ranging from retail and hotel developments to hospitals, roads, and social facilities—always balancing technical precision, cost control, and stakeholder goals.My journey began as a land-surveying technician on road and housing schemes, a hands-on foundation I built on with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. A decade in Dubai’s private sector followed, where I led regional retail, commercial, and hospitality projects before moving into donor-funded programmes with KfW, AfDB, and the EU across Africa, Asia, and Europe.A lifelong learner with an M.Sc. in Quantity Surveying, PMP® and MRICS credentials, I now focus on transforming investment into infrastructure that delivers economic value, social impact, and long-term resilience. I share my experience through mentoring, industry resources, and pro-bono advisory work.In short, I lead the planning and delivery of projects that stand the test of time—and create lasting value for people and places.
